Possible KaNgwane Terms and Conditions

 BOOKINGS

 

a.       Tailored, customized and multi-days tours require a minimum of one month‘s advance booking. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, email, or through our partners on TripAdvisor and GetYourGuide.

 

b.      Daily tours require a minimum of one day’s advance booking. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, direct phone call, email, or through our partners on TripAdvisor and GetYourGuide.

 

2.       PAYMENTS CONDITIONS.

 

a.       To ensure secure and efficient transaction processing, all payments for advanced-booked tours must be remitted to the company’s designated bank account. Bank details will be provided within the final quotation or invoice issued upon booking confirmation.

 

b.      For your convenience, payment for daily tours within Eswatini is accepted in cash directly to the designated guide upon the start of the tour. Digital receipt will promptly emailed or WhatsApp to the client. 

 

c.       For all tours reserved through our esteemed partners, TripAdvisor or GetYourGuide, payments are conveniently facilitated directly via their secure online platforms.

 

d.      Please be advised that full payment is required upon confirmation of your tour. A detailed quotation or invoice will be issued prior to payments. This policy ensures the smooth allocation of resources and timely preparations for your tour.

 

e.      Payment currency.

 

(1)    Payments for all tours may be made in either Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL) or South African Rand (ZAR).

 

(2)    Payments made in other currencies, client will be subject to applicable exchange rate conversions.

 

3.

Payment and cancellation Policy

 

1.      Payment Terms

 

(a)   Daily Tours (Groups of 20 pax or fewer):

        Payment is due in full via cash on the day of the tour, immediately prior to departure.

(b)   Daily Tours (Groups of 21 pax or more):

        Payment is required via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

        Payment must be received in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled tour date.

(c)    Multi- Day Tours ( minimum 2 participants):

        Payment is required via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

        Payment must be received in full 90 days prior to the scheduled tour commencement date.

(d)   Invoice / Quotation:

        Upon confirmation of tour reservation, an official invoice or quotation will be issued.

        The applicable payment timeline will commence from the date of invoice / quotation issuance. (e) Accepted payment methods:

        Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

        Cash (for applicable daily tours)

 

2.      Cancellation Policy

 

(a)   Multi-Days Tours / Daily Tours (EFT Payments):

        Cancellations made more than 3 months prior to the scheduled tour date: No cancellation fee.

        Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the scheduled tour date: 25 % cancellation fee.

        Cancellations made less than 2 months prior to the scheduled tour date: 50 % cancellation fee. 

     Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the scheduled tour date: 75 % cancellation fee. 

(b)   Daily Tours (Cash Payment):

        Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled tour: 100 % cancellation fee.

4.       DISCLAIMER.

 

a.       Lost or damaged personalities.

 

1.       Clients are solely responsible for the security and safety of their personal belongings brought onto the tour.

2.       The company shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damaged to such belongings, regardless of the cause.

 

b.      Personal injuries.

 

1.       Client safety is of utmost importance. While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, clients are ultimately responsible for their own safety and well-being during all company-related activities.

 

2.       The company cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from client negligence, recklessness, or disregard for safety guidelines and warnings provided in the visited locations, accommodations, and transportations.


TRAVEL INSURANCE 


a .Prior to embarking on our tour, comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all participants.


b. This policy must provide coverage for medical expenses (including emergency evacuation), personal liability, loss of baggage and personal effects, and trip cancellation or interruption. 


c. Proof of valid insurance must be provided during the booking process, prior to the tour commencement date.


d. We strongly advice details to ensure it meets your individual needs and covers all planned activities.


 VISA APPLICATIONS


  Single Entry:


Single -entry visas are processed exclusively for clients who have confirmed their participation in one of our tour packages.


Multiple Entries:


Multiple-entry visas are issued exclusively to professionally licensed tourist guides following a thorough vetting and verification process. A physical passport is mandatory for this assessment, and applicants be aware that the approval process may require significant patience.


Disapproval:


Please note that visa applications are subjected to the discretion of the relevant government authorities. Our company has no control over the visa application process and cannot guarantee approval.


Furthermore, our company cannot be held liable for any visa denials, as these decisions are solely made by government officials based on their criteria. 


 Refunds:


Please note that visa denials are not within our control. While we refund the visa application fee, processing expenses incurred during the application process are non-refundable as these services have already been rendered.

FLIHGT POLICY

    1.  Possible KaNgwane Travel and Tours specializes in providing comprehensive land-based tour experiences within Southern Africa.                                   
    2. As such, our tour packages do not include the booking or financial coverage of international or domestic flights.
    3. While we are pleased to offer consultative advice advice on domestic flight options within the countries we will be visiting, that align with your tour itinerary, facilitating seamless connectivity, it is essential to note that all flight reservations and payments are the sole responsibility of the client, to be handled directly with the respective airline.  
    4. Possible KaNgwane Travel and Tours cannot assume liability for any incidents or complications that may arise during your flight, including , but not limited to, baggage irregularities, flight delays, or cancellations.
    5. We strongly recommend that you secure comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate any potential risks associated with travel.
